Unlike many consulting firms, designers or printers, we are not afraid to let you know our rates upfront.  We are not worried that our competition will use this page to undercut our rates.  Why? Simply because we know you will receive the best designs, consults and services from us. And, honestly, there are not very many companies out there who can offer our level of experience and knowledge.  Also, we are not ashamed of our rates or payment options, in fact we are rather proud of our flexibility (read the payment options section below). Our extensive experience and partnerships make KGH Design a hard act to follow.  So, if someone does offer you a better deal (and there are probably those out there who can)…take it, and then come back later and take advantage of our professional services.  You will always be welcome here.  But if you still need something for comparison, our lead designer is billed through another company at $175.00 per hour.  That’s $125.00 an hour more than we bill him at.

Basic Business Package: $250.00 - Includes designing or updating your current image (logo); design and layout of your business cards, signage and forms; converting these images for inclusion into your current web presence or assisting you in creating a new or updated web presence.

• We will provide you with:
• up to 3 hours of one-on one consulting
• up to 5 hours of professional design services
• proofs to ensure we are creating your image according to your ideas
• up to 2 forms converted to pdf active forms
• properly formatted web images (if needed)
• print ready files to be sent to your printer OR
• provide discounted print services through one of our professional partners (printing not included in price above)

Enhanced Business Package: $450.00 – Includes designing or updating your current image (logo); design and layout of your business cards, signage and forms; converting these images for inclusion into your current web presence or assisting you in creating a new or updated web presence; catalog, brochure or rack card design; advertisement or direct mail piece design.

• We will provide you with:
• up to 5 hours of one-on one consulting
• up to 10 hours of professional design services
• proofs to ensure we are creating your image according to your ideas
• up to 3 forms converted to pdf active forms
• properly formatted web images (if needed)
• print ready files to be sent to your printer OR

• assist you in securing local market advertising (cost of advertisement placement not included in price above)

Miscellaneous Business Image services:

• One-On-One Consultation – $50 per billable hour, 2 hour minimum
• Design for print – $50 per billable hour, 2 hour minimum
• Logo Design or update – $150 and includes formatting for print in 1 color, multiple colors, or process printing and for the web including .jpg, .gif,.png or other formats as required.

Indie Music Services: These are a group of  image products and services designed to help promote indie artist or music related businesses.  Every member of the KGH Design staff is in one way or another involved in the music industry.  Most are musicians or singers, some writers and promoters.  So, music is close to our heart, more especially indie music.

• Band, label or group logo design – $150.00.
• Flyers, banners and promo materials – standard set up fee $99.
• Cd and Album art -  See detailed chart below
• Web Images and design assistance – $50 per billable hour.
• Retail packaging design – $150.00 to $350.00 flat rate.
• Retail POP and display design – $100.00 – $250.00

CD and Cover Art: We design and prepare your cover art for print and include images for web and art for  iTunes (etc).  The listed prices below include print ready setup and uploading or sending your files to the manufacturer.  Prices include 2 revisions (each additional revision $50 each), up to 6 scans, typesetting and proper formatting, proofing and design consultation.  Does not include photography.

• 2 panels = $150
• 4 panels = $200
• 6 panels = $250
• 8 panels = $300
• *12 panel = $400

Believing that we are responsible for our own part of Mother Earth, all Nvaazion related companies must implement a sustainability program.  One thing the Nvaazion family has done is gone to a near paperless work flow.  KGH offers its services to assist businesses in creating such a program of their own with it’s paperless form conversion system.  Basically we convert your current paper forms, newsletters and other paper instruments into Adobe PDF Forms.  These forms allow you to enter your information and save the form.  A great cost reduction when considering printing costs and physical filing hassles.

• Creating files from your current printed form = $25 per page
• Creating new forms based on your current forms = $10 per vertical inch ($110 for 8.5 x 11)
• Setting up new forms based on your needs = $12 per vertical inch ($132 for 8.5 x 11)

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Option Type 1:

All consults billed at $50 per hour, 2 hour minimum – Payable when rendered unless previous arrangements are made.  Government and schools are net 30 with PO.

All design services billed at $50 per hour, 2 hour minimum – $50 deposit, remainder due upon proof receipt and approval.

All image packages billed according to agreement – 50% deposit required with remainder due upon proof receipt and approval.

Printing projects are billed according to design and consulting agreements with minimum deposits required (ACTUAL cost of printing is required as deposit).  Printing is provided to you at KGHDesign COST plus $3 file upload fee.  Printing cost is due and payable before print job is placed with our partner printing companies.

Option Type 2:

Let’s trade!  If you have a good or service that we can use then we would be more than happy to discuss a little bartering agreement.  Obviously this is something that we would discuss on a project by project basis, but just know it is an option.

Option Type 3:

Ok, credit is hard to come by these days, but it is something we all need none the less.  KGHDesign will, in many situations, work with you on an account basis.  However, these agreements can only be made for services in the amount of $1000 or more. Printing costs cannot be added to these types of accounts, sorry.

This is not a credit account, but rather an agreement to pay for services rendered along with the associated fees and administrative costs.  Here is a basic breakdown of how the program works:

• 20% minimum down payment when agreement is signed
• 6 month term
• initial balance divided by 6, plus 10% of that amount = monthly due

Option Type 4:

Continuing Services.  If you believe you will be needing our services for an extended period of time, you can keep us on retainer.  The cost of this service is $200.00 per month and includes 4 hours of consult and 3 hours of design ($350.00 if billed individually).  This program does have a 3 month minimum period.  Hours above those listed billed at the discounted rate of $40 per billable hour for consults and $40 per billable hour for design.
